Yes! For all delivered items, our professional crew handles delivery, setup, and pickup. We arrive on time, set up everything safely, and return after your event. DIY pickup items can be picked up from our Miami location.
Absolutely. Every inflatable is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each rental. We inspect all equipment before delivery, and our inflatables meet ASTM safety standards. We carry full commercial liability insurance.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your event receive a full refund. Weather-related cancellations receive a full refund or free rescheduling at any time.
Yes. Bounce houses and water slides require continuous power. For park events where outlets are not available, we offer generator rentals for $75. Our park packages include a generator and all setup equipment.
