Absolutely. Every unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each rental. Our equipment is commercially insured and regularly inspected for safety. Your family's safety is our top priority.
We offer flexible cancellation. Cancel up to 48 hours before your event for a full refund. Weather-related cancellations receive a full refund or free rescheduling at any time. We understand Miami weather can be unpredictable!
Bounce houses and water slides require a standard electrical outlet within 100 feet. If your venue lacks access to electricity, we offer generator rentals for $75 to keep everything running smoothly.
