We run the US-1 corridor into Cutler Bay every weekend. Here is how a delivery day goes.
Booking. Reserve online or call (786) 789-1900. We confirm within the hour during business hours (Mon to Sun, 8am to 8pm). We ask for at least 48 hours notice, and a small refundable deposit locks your date.
Day-before text. The night before your party you get a text with your 2-hour delivery window and your driver's name. Cutler Bay usually rides our morning route south on US-1 or the Turnpike.
Arrival and setup. The crew walks the setup area with you, clears debris, lays a protective tarp, and inflates. A bounce house takes 20 to 30 minutes; a tent with tables and chairs runs 45 to 90 minutes. Gated community? We coordinate the guard call before arrival. Then we test the unit, walk you through safety rules, and sign the rental agreement.
During the party. Typically an 8-hour window. The blower plugs into a standard household outlet and we bring the extension cord. At parks without power, our whisper-quiet generator is $75.
Pickup. We return at the agreed end time, deflate, roll, load, and leave your yard exactly as we found it.

Yes. On grass we anchor with 18-inch steel stakes. On concrete driveways, pavers, and patios we switch to 75-pound sandbags on every anchor point, which is just as secure and leaves no marks. Cutler Bay yards are generally flat and generous, so most setups are easy, but if your spot is tight or partly paved, text us a photo when you book and we will confirm the fit and the anchoring plan before the truck rolls.
