Yes, every weekend. Our drivers have current gate procedures for Lago Mar, Waterstone, Miralago, and Kendall Breeze, and we coordinate the entry call when you book. The 157th Avenue corridor and the newer developments past the Turnpike are about 8 minutes from our Kendall warehouse. West Kendall is in our Zone 1 core service area, delivery included.
Yes. Tamiami Park on SW 24th Street and 112th Avenue allows inflatables at the pavilion with a Miami-Dade Parks reservation. Reserve the pavilion first, then call us with the confirmation. We are an approved vendor and file the paperwork. Saturday pavilions in peak season book 6 to 8 weeks ahead, so plan early.
We recommend waiting at least 60 days after sod installation before driving stakes through new turf. Many of the newer Kendall Breeze and Waterstone homes are in that window. We switch to 75-pound sandbag anchors on every attachment point instead, or set up on the driveway. The setup is just as secure and the new grass keeps settling undisturbed.
The Maui Mega 18ft water slide ($275) is the runaway favorite for West Kendall summer parties, especially in the Lago Mar and Miralago single-family yards that have the depth and pool-deck adjacency to set it up. Pair it with a Frozen or Spiderman bounce house and a cotton candy machine for an under-$500 backyard package.
For single-day backyard rentals, most West Kendall HOAs do not require architectural review, just homeowner sign-off and same-day removal. A few communities ask for advance notice. We can email a Certificate of Insurance naming the HOA at no charge if requested. Tell us the community name when booking and we will tell you what we have seen there before.
