About 25 minutes south on the Florida Turnpike to most Homestead addresses. We make daily runs year-round to Leisure City, Naranja, Princeton, Keys Gate, and the newer developments along 288th Street. Homestead is in our Zone 1 service area, so delivery and setup are included with no surcharge for the distance.

Homestead Bayfront on SW 328th Street offers a waterfront setting where some sections lack outlets, so we recommend our generator at $75. Reserve the pavilion through Miami-Dade Parks; we are an approved vendor and file paperwork on your side.

Yes. On the larger lots off Krome Avenue and Avocado Drive we drive 18-inch steel stakes through soft agricultural soil with extended depth. For new construction yards in the 288th Street developments where sod is still settling, we switch to 75-pound sandbags on every anchor point. Either way the unit is rated for setup, just tell us the surface when booking.

Yes. Local churches along US-1 and schools across south Dade book us regularly for fall festivals and field days. The Tent and Seating Package ($515) gives you a 20x20 tent, 8 tables, and 80 chairs, plus an inflatable for the kids. We provide Certificates of Insurance naming the church or school as additional insured at no charge.

For backyard parties on a standard outlet within 50 feet of the setup, no. We bring the extension cord. For Homestead Bayfront sections far from the pavilions, or for farm parties where the house power is too distant to reach, we rent a whisper-quiet generator for $75 that runs the blower all day on a single tank.
