The Hammocks Party Rental FAQ
Yes. The Hammocks association office has our $1 million general liability paperwork on file and accepts our Certificates of Insurance for any section requesting one. If your specific section requires the HOA named as additional insured, tell us at booking and we email the COI 48 hours before the party. Most Hammocks sections allow inflatables on private lots with homeowner sign-off.
Hammocks Community Park allows inflatables at the pavilion with a Miami-Dade Parks reservation. The lakeside paths and shared green spaces around the community lakes are HOA common areas, so check with your section management first. For private backyard setups, no permits are needed. Disco Party Rentals is an approved Miami-Dade Parks vendor.
In most Hammocks Lakes townhomes the rear yard runs 25 to 35 feet deep, which fits a single 13x13 bounce house comfortably but not a full 20-foot combo. We recommend our Castle or Sponge Bob ($135) or a themed unit like Frozen or Spiderman ($150) for those lots. For Hammocks Estates single-family yards we can fit a Maui Mega 18ft slide. Send us a photo before booking.
For Saturday mornings we run a Hammocks route between 8 am and noon, often hitting Hammocks Boulevard addresses first since the gate access is direct. You get a text the night before with your 2-hour delivery window and the driver name. The Hammocks is about 10 minutes from our Kendall warehouse, so we have flexibility if you need a specific arrival time.
Yes. Block parties along Hammocks Boulevard and the cul-de-sacs near Hammocks Middle School often book a Castle bounce for younger kids plus a Maui Mega 18ft water slide for the older group. Add tables at $10, chairs at $2, and concession machines at $75 each. Everything arrives on one truck with delivery included.
