Tent, Table & Chair Rentals

Yes, and most of our customers do. Add a tent, tables, and chairs to the same booking and everything arrives on one truck with one crew. The easiest route is the Tent & Seating Package ($515): a 20x20 High Peak Tent, 8 rectangular tables, and 80 white folding chairs, delivered and set up together. Booked separately, those same items would run about $590, so the package saves roughly $75. You can also build your own combination: pick a tent, then add exactly the number of tables and chairs your guest count calls for.

Under the 20x10 Canopy Tent (200 sq ft) you can fit 2 to 3 rectangular 6ft tables with seating for 12 to 18 guests, or one long buffet line with room to move. Under the 20x20 High Peak Tent (400 sq ft) you can seat 32 to 40 guests at 6 to 8 rectangular tables, or host 40 to 50 guests cocktail-style with highboy tables. A good rule of thumb: plan about 15 square feet per seated guest and 8 square feet per standing guest.

Every tent rental includes delivery, professional installation, and pickup across our core Miami-Dade service area. When tables and chairs are on the same order as a tent, our crew arranges them under the tent before leaving, so you walk into a finished event space. Tables and chairs ordered on their own are delivered stacked and folded with any order over $135, or you can self-pick them up from our Kendall location and save.

For 40 seated guests, plan on a 20x20 High Peak Tent ($350), 6 rectangular tables ($60), and 40 white folding chairs ($80), about $490 per day with delivery and setup included in our core service area. If your list could grow, the Tent & Seating Package ($515) includes 8 tables and 80 chairs, which comfortably covers 40 guests with room to spare.

Online bookings require a minimum 2-day lead time, but we recommend reserving 2 to 3 weeks ahead for most dates and 3 to 4 weeks for peak-season weekends (March through May for graduations, October through December for holiday parties). We carry one unit of each tent size, so weekend tent availability fills quickly. Tables and chairs have deeper inventory (up to 20 tables and 100 chairs), so they are easier to book on shorter notice.

We deliver tent, table, and chair rentals across Miami-Dade County, including Kendall, Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay, Homestead, Doral, and Miami Beach. Delivery and setup are free within our core service area; extended zones show a small flat delivery fee at checkout before you pay. We are also an approved Miami-Dade Parks vendor, so we can deliver to county parks like Tropical Park and A.D. Barnes Park with your park reservation.

Yes. Standard folding tables and white folding chairs are available for self-pickup from our Kendall location, and pickup pricing is lower (white folding chairs drop from $2 to $1.50 each). The 6ft tables fold flat to about 3 inches thick and the chairs stack, so a typical SUV or pickup handles a mid-size order. Tents and white resin chairs are delivery-only because they require professional handling and installation.

Yes. Beyond dining tables and chairs, we carry 30-inch round cocktail highboys ($15 each) that convert between 42-inch standing and 30-inch seated heights, white 120-inch round tablecloths ($12 each) that give a floor-length drop over 60-inch round tables, and fitted spandex cocktail covers in white or black. It is everything you need for a cocktail hour or an elegant seated dinner in one order.
