No. We place protective ground mats under every inflatable to prevent compression on manicured St. Augustine and Zoysia lawns common to Pinecrest. Our crew positions stakes well clear of irrigation heads and sprinkler lines, and on freshly sodded yards we switch to sandbag anchoring. We leave the grass in the condition we found it.
Yes. South Pinecrest lots between SW 104th and 136th Streets easily fit our Backyard Birthday Deluxe ($525): a themed bounce house, a 20x20 high peak tent, 4 tables, and 40 chairs, with room left over for a water slide. Add concession machines at $75 each or our outdoor movie screen for an evening transition. Call (786) 789-1900 to map the setup.
Evelyn Greer Park on SW 97th Avenue allows inflatables at the pavilion with a village reservation. Pinecrest Gardens on SW 111th Street requires coordination with the events team and a separate inflatable permit on their grounds. Book your pavilion or venue first, then call us with the date. We are an approved Miami-Dade Parks vendor and handle vendor paperwork on our side.
Our standard 13x13 bounce houses need about 15 feet of overhead clearance. For yards along Red Road or around Pinecrest Cove with low oak or banyan canopies, we will recommend a lower-profile unit and walk the placement with you before unloading. Send a photo of the intended spot at booking and we will confirm fit.
Spring is peak Pinecrest birthday season with school auctions, communions, and end-of-year parties stacked. For Saturdays in March, April, and May we recommend reserving 3 to 4 weeks ahead, and 4 to 6 weeks ahead if you want a themed unit like the Frozen, Spiderman, or Toy Story bounce house or the Maui Mega 18ft slide.
Yes. We carry $1 million in general liability coverage and can issue a Certificate of Insurance naming any HOA, school, or country club as additional insured at no charge. Tell us the entity name and email address when booking and we send the COI 48 hours ahead of the party.
